Engineer global device provisioning workflows using Windows Autopilot to ensure zero-touch deployment for all users. Design and enforce technical security baselines across the Windows estate aligned with CIS and NIST benchmarks. Administer Zscaler internet and private access policies to secure data traffic and manage SSL inspection protocols. Conduct hardware engineering evaluations to benchmark and certify new laptop and desktop models against performance criteria. 8+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering focusing on Windows 11 global estate management. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for architecting compliance profiles, configuration baselines, and mobile application management. Experience in migrating legacy SCCM (MECM) workloads and Group Policy mechanisms to modern Intune-first management. Experience with Windows Autopilot for designing zero-touch provisioning packages and enrollment status configurations. Experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA administration including the deployment of the Zscaler Client Connector. Experience in advanced PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph integration to automate endpoint health reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership and coaching technical teams.
