IT Director

A growing organization is seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and security across a multi-location environment in the Lafayette, Shreveport or Baton Rouge LA area. This is a full-time role that does require interested candidates to currently reside in the state of Louisiana., * Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team
• Drive projects, vendor management, and service delivery improvements
• Partner with leadership on budgeting and technology planning

• 10+ years of IT experience with leadership background
• Strong expertise in Microsoft stack (Azure, M365, AD), infrastructure, and security
• Experience supporting multi-site environments
• Background in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to scale operations and lead initiatives Requirements

Someone who can balance strategy + execution. Demonstrated ability to:

• Build and scale IT teams
• Lead large, complex initiatives (infrastructure, cloud, security, or digital transformation)
• Partner with executives and influence business strategy. Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost optimization, vendor management)
