Job description

As Senior Frontend Engineer, Retail Media / AdTech Solutions, you will be shaping and evolving our Retail Media platform by building intuitive, high-quality user experiences across advertiser-facing products and internal AdTech solutions. You will collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team and other stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into scalable frontend solutions that enable our Retail Media ecosystem to grow and scale.

About the tech stack:

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Koa.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Algolia, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Google Cloud Platform, CircleCI, ArgoCD, and integrations with modern ad-serving platforms.

About your tasks:

Shape the future of our Retail Media platform by building modern frontend experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service and other AdTech products.
Own end-to-end frontend delivery while collaborating closely with backend engineers to integrate scalable APIs and deliver high-quality user experiences.
Create complex web applications including reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations and CRM metadata integrations.
Contribute to a greenfield engineering journey as we transition from outsourced development to an in-house engineering organization and help define future architecture.
Grow with the platform by working across multiple AdTech domains before specializing as the organization evolves into dedicated product teams.

Requirements

You bring strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript, building complex production web applications.
You enjoy working across the frontend/backend boundary, with solid experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
You thrive in fast-growing product environments, take ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities, and enjoy collaborating with Product, UX and Backend Engineering.
Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce or retail platforms is a strong advantage, as is exposure to CMS, CRM integrations, self-service platforms or Node.js/NestJS.
