Operations Performance Data Specialist

Position SummaryThe Operations Performance Data Specialist will be our eyes that keep our operations running smoothly and is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, preventing inventory shrinkage, and supporting a secure warehouse or retail environment. This role focuses on identifying discrepancies, monitoring inventory movement, and implementing best practices to reduce theft, errors, and waste while ensuring operational efficiency.
