Requirements
Overall 10+ years of QA experience and 5 6 years of hands-on experience in RPA UiPath development
Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework
Good knowledge of agentic AI automation concepts and implementation
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Proficiency in C# / VB.NET or scripting for automation
Experience with API integration, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP services
Strong understanding of web automation, desktop automation, and attended/unattended bots
Knowledge of exception handling, selectors, queues, assets, and triggers
Experience in debugging, optimization, and production support
Good communication and problem-solving skills, Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities Build end-to-end workflows with strong exception handling and logging Integrate UiPath automations with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems Develop and support agentic AI-driven automation solutions Implement automation use cases using AI agents, LLM-based workflows, or autonomous task orchestration Create and maintain automation scripts using Selenium Perform code reviews, debugging, and production support for automation bots Ensure compliance with security, governance, and development best practices
