Product Owner I

Roles and Responsibilities: The main function of a product owner is to maximize the value of products created by the scrum development team. A typical product owner will streamline the lifecycle of the product through managing the product backlog. * Analyze and breakdown market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories * Manage multiple features at once and ensure work gets delivered in prioritized order. * Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. * Work closely with development teams to deliver stories that add customer value at a regular cadence. * Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment). * Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 0-3 yrs of experience (prev bus analyst experience a plus.) * Empower

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: * Prev bus analyst experience a plus * Azure Dev Ops * Confluence * Excel

Soft Skills: * Written and Verbal Communication * Ability to run meetings * Speak comfortably in front of larger audiences * Data Analytics (identify trends)

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
