Design Engineer

· Coordinate drawings between clients, external designers and internal teams

· Assist with the delivery of projects, taking ownership of smaller projects with support from the Project Manager

· Use AutoCAD to create, update and amend technical drawings as required

· Coordinate design meetings, ensuring key issues are discussed, actions are agreed and projects remain on schedule

· Keep track of design costs and highlight any potential concerns or variations to the Project Manager

· Work closely with external designers and clients to coordinate design information

· Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

· Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems

· BTEC Level 3 or HNC qualified is desirable

· Ability to manage multiple projects

· Excellent attention to detail
