Job description

A highly respected AJ100 practice in London is looking for a Senior Architect to join their team and help deliver inspiring spaces that positively impact people’s lives.   • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop design concepts that meet clients’ needs and budgets while providing sustainable solutions.
  • Utilise REVIT and other relevant software to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site and building evaluations, and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Oversee construction works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budget constraints, and regulations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to encourage their professional growth.

Requirements

RIBA Part 3 Qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.

  • Extensive experience working on projects in the Life Sciences (labs and research), Education (DfE framework) or Mixed use sectors.
  • Proficiency in using REVIT and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations in relation to Education or Life Science projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
  • Proven management experience, overseeing a design team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environment.
