SAP Finance Lead (FICO)

• Lead the SAP Finance workstream for a major divestment and separation program
• Drive end-to-end SAP FICO delivery across design, testing, cutover, and hyper care
• Work with senior stakeholders in a complex, multi-vendor transformation environment

Are you an experienced SAP Finance leader looking to own delivery, influence stakeholders, and drive business-critical outcomes?, As a result of a major separation program, our client is seeking an experienced SAP Finance (FICO) Lead to own and drive the Finance workstream throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, delivery partners, and offshore teams, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across Finance processes, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment readiness, and hyper care activities., * Lead end-to-end SAP FICO delivery across design, build, testing, cutover, deployment, and hyper care phases

• Own Finance workstream planning, governance, risk management, and issue resolution
• Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops across business and technology teams
• Coordinate Finance activities across data migration, integrations, reporting, and testing streams
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and cutover planning activities
• Manage offshore delivery resources and ensure quality outcomes are achieved
• Provide executive-level reporting and status updates to key stakeholders
• Ensure Finance deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader program objectives

Essential

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Proven leadership of SAP Finance workstreams within divestment, carve-out, merger, or acquisition programs
• Strong expertise across:
• SAP FI/CO
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting
• Cost Centre Accounting
• Financial Closing
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, and issues

Highly Desirable

• SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience leading offshore delivery teams
• Strong background in data migration, testing, and cutover planning
