Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and drive the software test strategy for production test rigs to reduce field defects and boost product quality and manufacturing efficiency. You will provide technical leadership across planning, development, validation, and continuous improvement of software verification activities. You will oversee testing, analyze results, and report quality metrics and risks to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. You will lead root cause analysis of software and hardware issues affecting production, collaborating with global teams to deliver robust, right-first-time solutions and ongoing improvements. This position offers the opportunity to shape test tooling,增 Pay / Benefits * Define and drive the software test strategy for production test rigs to improve quality and efficiency * Provide technical leadership in planning, development, execution, and continuous improvement of software validation and verification activities * Oversee software testing activities, analyze results, and report quality metrics, risks, and recommendations * Lead root cause analysis and resolution of software/hardware issues affecting production test rigs * Collaborate with global engineering, operations, and quality teams to deliver robust solutions and continuous improvements * Communicate test progress, quality status, risks, and improvement initiatives to stakeholders * Lead and support test automation, build automation, and diagnostic capability enhancements * Define and implement best practices, processes, and governance for software testing across production environments * Mentor team members and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement * Ensure production test rig software remains reliable, maintainable, and scalable for future growth Tasks * 5+ years in Production Test Rig, Test Engineering, or Manufacturing Software environments * 5+ years of hands-on NI LabVIEW application development, test automation, and software validation * Experience with Python-based automation, diagnostics, and data analysis * Experience with MongoDB, SQL, and industrial data management systems * Industrial communication protocols (RS232, RS485, Ethernet, Modbus TCP/RTU) * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and engineering collaboration platforms * Technical leadership and stakeholder management * Product safety, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and SHE awareness * Vacuum system and semiconductor manufacturing knowledge (preferred) * Fluent English communication (written and verbal) and strong communication skills Key requirements *
