Job description
- Create, develop, and maintain user interface (UI) designs for web-based platforms in accordance with corporate design standards.
- Design user-focused visual interfaces for dashboards, reporting screens, charts, data tables, and control panels.
- Design user flows, information architecture, screen scenarios, and interaction models as part of the UX process.
- Prepare wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to validate and improve the user experience.
- Create, manage, and continuously improve the Design System, UI component library, and design standards.
- Develop responsive interface designs that provide a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
- Incorporate accessibility, usability, and user experience standards into the design process.
- Prepare the necessary design files, component specifications, and documentation to ensure that design outputs can be accurately implemented by Frontend and Fullstack development teams.
- Work closely with Frontend Developers to review whether implemented screens comply with the approved designs and provide recommendations for necessary improvements.
- Analyze user feedback, usage data, and usability tests to continuously improve the interface and overall user experience.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, screen flows, component usage guidelines, and design decisions.
- Follow the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and user experience approaches and develop innovative recommendations that can be implemented within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, or a related field,
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design,
- Proven experience in user interface and user experience design for web-based platforms or enterprise business applications,
- Advanced proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma,
- Strong knowledge of creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows,
- Experience in creating and managing Design Systems, UI Component Libraries, and corporate design standards,
- Experience in designing dashboards, reporting screens, data visualizations, and management panels,
- Knowledge of frontend development processes; proficiency in HTML/CSS sufficient to communicate effectively with development teams is preferred,
- Ability to prepare design files in standards that can be easily implemented by development teams,
- Ability to analyze user research, feedback, and usage data and make data-driven design decisions,
- Experience working in product development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies,
- Keen interest in following current UI/UX trends, design tools, and user experience approaches, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve,
- Preferably, proficiency in English sufficient to follow technical documentation.
