Job description

Vollzeit Anz. Wochenstunden: 40 Frühestes Startdatum: 01.11.2026 Aufgaben: abwechslungsreich und verantwortungsvoll:

Architect, expand, and maintain our multi-brand, multi-platform Design System (desktop and mobile) in close collaboration with product owners, developers, and fellow designers
Craft pixel-perfect UI components, tokens, and interactions in Figma. Create meticulous, clear documentation to ensure seamless implementation and consistency across products
Clearly communicate intricate design system structures, updates, and guidelines. Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and office hours to guide teams and drive system adoption
Conduct regular UI/UX audits and code-to-design reviews to enforce a high level of visual quality, precision, and workflow efficiency across digital touchpoints
Define and enforce strict web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG) across all components, patterns, and interaction models
Actively participate in and nurture our design and developer community within a multicultural environment, contributing to the company’s digital transformation

Requirements

3+ years as a UX/UI Designer or Design System Specialist in a digital product environment (logistics or complex domains preferred)
Expert mastery of Figma (variables, auto-layout, component properties, libraries). Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance system workflows, generation, or documentation is a strong plus
A fine eye for detail, visual precision, micro-interactions, and consistency. Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and structure across large-scale design libraries
Exceptional ability to clearly explain intricate design system concepts, write precise specs, and facilitate cross-functional workshops using tools like FigJam, Miro, Confluence, and Jira
In-depth knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, design tokens, responsive interaction principles, and a Service Design mindset
English fluent in spoken and written, German and French an advantage
Willingness to travel
