Staff Machine Learning Engineer

• Develop novel algorithms for Real Time neural signal decoding that will define industry standards
• Architect robust ML systems processing high-dimensional neural data at the edge
• Collaborate directly with clinical teams to validate models in real-world settings
• Contribute to an FDA-regulated medical device with immediate patient impact

• Advanced expertise in machine learning (RNNs, LSTMs, CNNs) and signal processing (spike sorting, LFP/ECoG analysis)
• Experience deploying production ML systems with strict latency requirements
• Strong Python skills (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure knowledge
• A track record of technical excellence through publications, patents, or shipped products
