• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of product lifecycles and Agile ceremonies.
• Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous., * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team.
