3-5, Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume) Strong experience as a Scrum Master (ideally certified Scrum Master) Release Management experience Any retail/ in store technology experience is a plus but not required Prior experience as a developer is strongly preferred, 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager in software engineering-with direct experience owning release management processes. Technical literacy - CI/CD pipelines, API contracts, SQL, Cloud terminology. Hands-on Azure DevOps experience (boards, dashboards, queries)
