Scrum Master / PM

3+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid roles Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification Experience supporting technology projects such as migrations, implementations, or enterprise transformations Strong experience managing project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones Proven ability to work in Agile environments and lead Scrum ceremonies Hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization, and working with Product Owners Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders Familiarity with delivery metrics, reporting, and Agile tooling (e.g., Jira)
