Your role in our mission

Develop your career as you support Gainwell’s focus on creating innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.

• Performs change order coding and research
• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs.
• Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.
• Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs.
• Research and analysis of existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision.
• Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
• Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.
• Assists in resolving production support problems.
• Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems.
• Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identifies issues as appropriate.
• Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
• Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.

• 3+ years of Application, Web, and User Interface (UI) Development experience using ASP.NET C# to Design, Develop, and Support Web-Based Applications.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies, Visual Studio, and Microsoft IIS for Application Development, Deployment, Hosting, and Support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle, including troubleshooting data issues, writing and executing data transformation scripts, and supporting database driven applications.
• Experience Integrating Third Party Software Solutions through Interface Engines, web APIs, and API based Application Troubleshooting.
• Healthcare and/or Medicaid Systems experience with a demonstrated ability to support Complex Business Applications in a highly regulated environment.

The pay range for this position is $54,500.00 - $77,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
