- We will own day-to-day IT operations and ensure reliability across systems and infrastructure.

Requirements
- We are looking for around 7+ years of experience in IT support and operations, ideally in financial services or another regulated, fast-paced environment.
- We need strong experience across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support, including triaging, prioritisation, and team coordination.
- We require in-depth knowledge of macOS and Windows environments, including endpoint management and hardware troubleshooting.
- We are looking for knowledge of Kandji (Iru) or a similar MDM solution.
- We need proven experience managing cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace and Okta.
- We require strong networking and security expertise, including WLAN, VLANs, firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, and switching.
- Experience with AWS is preferred, and/or Microsoft Azure, with exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
- We need experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms across desktop and mobile devices.
- We require the ability to script and automate using tools such as Python or PowerShell to improve efficiency and reliability.
- We need experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and best practices in service management and reporting.
- We are looking for a strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver long-term solutions.
- We want someone who is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- We need a strong communicator who can work across technical teams and the wider business.
- We are looking for experience mentoring and developing team members.
- We want someone who leads by example and is hands-on, practical, and solutions-focused.
