Job description
- Own and govern enterprise application integrations and data flows, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, integration standards, and application lifecycle management.
- Serve as the central integration Subject Matter Expert (SME), coordinating system owners, application teams, architects, and external service providers.
- Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes for integration services, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Define, implement, and enforce standards for integration architecture, interface design, data exchange, and API governance in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance teams.
- Coordinate and manage external integration and middleware service providers, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, traceability, and reliability across integrated business applications and enterprise systems.
- Drive the standardization, simplification, reuse, and optimization of integration solutions to reduce complexity, improve maintainability, and optimize costs.
- Monitor integration interfaces, middleware services, and data flows to proactively identify and resolve incidents, performance issues, and operational risks.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring integration and data flow issues, implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of new integrations and interface changes with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers.
- Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, data flows, architecture diagrams, dependencies, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and integration standards across all interfaces and connected systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities for integration automation, performance optimization, standardization, and continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in application integration, interface management, enterprise application landscapes, and integration service coordination.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms, middleware technologies, APIs, and system-to-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data governance, and integration best practices.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex integration challenges.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
