Entry-Level IT Support Technician

323 Staffing Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist for a healthcare client in Owensboro, Kentucky., * Help employees with basic computer and technology issues.

• Respond to support requests by phone, email, remote-support tools, and in person.
• Create, update, and document IT support tickets.
• Troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, phones, and office equipment.
• Assist with email, passwords, Microsoft 365, and file access.
• Set up computers, user accounts, and equipment for employees.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Help resolve basic internet, network, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Support healthcare and general business applications.
• Document solutions and escalate advanced issues when needed.
• Occasionally travel to other client locations.
• Assist with additional IT projects and duties.

This opportunity is ideal for someone beginning a career in information technology. Professional IT experience is not required. Candidates with basic computer knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply., * Basic knowledge of Windows computers and office technology.
