Systems and Network Administrator

Implement, and maintain MS 365 environemnts and computer networks for the organization

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network connectivity and security
• Manage and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Install and maintain remote access software for employees to connect to the network
• Develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network-related issues
• Conduct regular network audits to identify areas for improvement

Need to have full understanding of Active Directory and its releated roles to configure and maintain DC and AD

• Proven experience in computer networking and network engineering
• Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies and protocols
• Familiarity with remote access software and VPN technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and end-users
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware
• Knowledge of basic SQL

• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as Ninja, NinjaOne Remote.

• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches
• Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and MS Office suites
