Network Engineer

• Configure and deploy Cisco Catalyst switches, especially the 9300 series.
• Perform switch rack-and-stack, configuration, deployment, migration, and decommissioning.
• Support LAN/WAN and campus network operations.
• Troubleshoot Layer 2 networking issues including VLANs, trunking, and connectivity.
• Support network infrastructure for facility, lab, and campus expansion projects.
• Monitor network performance and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams.
• Maintain network documentation and configuration records.

• CCNA certification - Required
• 5+ years of enterprise/campus network experience.
• Strong hands-on Cisco switching experience.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst 9300.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2 networking.
• Hands-on experience with switch deployment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work onsite in Milpitas, CA.

Preferred

• Arista 7050 experience.
• Experience with SolarWinds Orion or Cacti.
• Large enterprise network experien

Experience:

• Cisco Catalyst 9300: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CCNA certification (Required)
