System Analyst - Hybrid

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership. You will support Agile project delivery, business process analysis, quality assurance activities, workflow documentation, and Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability of campaign finance system initiatives., * Gather, document, and validate business requirements that are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, project teams, and business users.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and develop workflow diagrams and process documentation.
• Create and maintain as-is/to-be process maps, business process models, and system interaction diagrams.
• Serve as Scrum Master for project teams using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.
• Develop, maintain, and prioritize project backlogs, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage priorities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create test plans with business stakeholders and support quality assurance and validation activities.
• Develop repeatable operational procedures, technical documentation, and maintenance-related process documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, developers, QA teams, architects, database administrators, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with System Engineering Methodology (SEM) standards, project governance requirements, and organizational policies.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance and testing experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms for backlog management and project tracking.
• 5+ years of experience creating as-is/to-be process documentation, workflow models, and business process diagrams.
• 3+ years of experience using business analysis and process modeling tools such as Visio, Figma, or similar applications.
• Strong experience creating Epics, Features, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile project artifacts.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum-based project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, requirements traceability, business process analysis, and documentation best practices.
• Experience creating test plans, supporting UAT activities, and implementing repeatable business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
