IT Warehouse System Support Supervisor - (APA)

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Systems Support Supervisor to support and maintain the technology infrastructure that keeps our distribution center running efficiently. This role combines hands-on IT support, systems administration, networking, warehouse technology, and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Windows systems administration experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support both end users and critical warehouse technologies while partnering closely with Operations and IT leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, servers, handheld devices, and warehouse technology.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and warehouse automation systems.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points, and RF devices.
• Create and manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, desk phones, and mobile devices.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network, systems, and application issues that impact warehouse operations.
• Develop IT documentation including SOPs, runbooks, training materials, and work instructions.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions with operations leadership and end users.
• Document system issues, resolutions, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in business continuity planning and disaster recovery activities.

• 4+ years of Systems Support, IT Support, or Systems Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows Operating Systems
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Exchange
• Experience supporting network infrastructure including switches, routers, and wireless technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Linux administration
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Distribution center or warehouse IT support
• Logistics technology
• Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
• SQL
• Virtual server environments
• Business continuity planning and disaster recovery
• Distribution center operations support

Work Environment

• This position is based inside a busy distribution center where you’ll support critical operational systems.
• Candidates should be comfortable:
• Working around forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Working in varying warehouse temperatures
• Sitting at a computer for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Responding quickly to technology issues that impact operations
