C# / ASP.NET Developer

? Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) ? Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher and write code using MVC, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML. ? Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary. ? Design, Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports. ? Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations. ? Use a source code repository, such as Gitlab, Azure DevOps for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code. ? Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups. ? Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. ? Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.

Mandatory Qualification: ? Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations. ? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? 108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures. ? 108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards. ? 96 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. ? 96 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, functions and cursors, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. and Oracle SQL query optimization. ? 96 Months Experience developing HTML reports and/or developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications. ? 84 Months Experience creating and reading formal technical documentation based on system requirements, interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application’s code to meet those requirements ? 60 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, Azure Devops or GitLab, for development activities and source control. ? 48 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0. ? 36 Months Experience designing & implementing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
