Salesforce Administrator

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Support and enhance Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Voice Cloud functionality
• Build and maintain Flows, automations, reports, and dashboards
• Manage user access, permissions, onboarding, and support
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain system health, and support ongoing enhancements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Voice Cloud
• Strong declarative Flow experience
• Working knowledge of Apex and Salesforce best practices
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience with system integrations and process automation
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, * Do you have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience?
• Have you worked extensively with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), including building or managing client/customer portals?
• Do you hold an active Salesforce Administrator Certification?
• Do you have strong experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows (declarative automation) and working knowledge of Apex?
• Do you have hands-on experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Voice Cloud?
