Job description
A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform to support sales, marketing, service, and operational teams. The role is typically a blend of system administration, business analysis, reporting, user support, and process automation.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
- Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Create and manage automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
- Ensure data quality through data governance, audits, cleansing, and deduplication efforts.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications.
- Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities.
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Sales automation technologies?, * 2-5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Platform App Builder Certification.
- Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or integrations.
- Experience supporting sales organizations.

The target compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
