We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Audiovisual Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of audiovisual systems across various client sites. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation of AV solutions for conferences, live events, corporate environments, and telecommunication setups. - Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams related to AV system installation and maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Program and operate control systems for AV integration in conference rooms, auditoriums, and live event venues.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions on-site.
- Manage cabling, wiring, and mechanical installation of AV components with precision and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on AV system design and operation.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the AV industry with a strong background in AV system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in control system programming (AV systems), telecommunication setups, and computer networking principles.
- Knowledge of electrical schematic reading, low voltage wiring practices, and blueprint interpretation specific to AV projects.
- Skilled in equipment troubleshooting across audio, video, control systems, software issues, and hardware components.
- Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP), video conferencing systems operation, and live event AV production projects.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for cabling and mechanical assembly tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
- Mechanical knowledge related to AV equipment installation and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Certification or experience in E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation), low voltage wiring, or related fields is preferred.
