This role is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working with modern Microsoft technologies, and contributing to infrastructure modernization and lifecycle initiatives. You will play a key role in deploying, supporting, and optimizing server platforms, cloud services, and infrastructure solutions while ensuring security, reliability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support, troubleshoot, and maintain server-based applications across both OT and business network environments. Deploy, administer, and support Microsoft Windows Server environments. Participate in infrastructure projects, including system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management initiatives. Assist with the design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of application platforms and infrastructure solutions. Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, security, and performance. Contribute to infrastructure security, compliance, and operational best practices.
