Desktop support

This position is based onsite in downtown Indianapolis. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week throughout the duration of the project., * Assist with the installation and deployment of VoIP phone systems.

• Configure, connect, and test Cisco phone equipment.
• Support workstation and phone setup activities at various onsite locations.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document installation progress and communicate project updates to the team.

• Previous experience with technology installations, structured cabling, telecommunications, or hardware deployments.
• Exposure to Cisco phone systems and/or VoIP technology preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite five days per week.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
