Job description

We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and enterprise integrations. Experience with KBMax product configuration is highly preferred.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who combines architect-level solution design with hands-on development. You will help build and implement scalable Salesforce and KBMax solutions supporting complex product configuration, pricing, quoting, sales, and commercial operations.

The ideal candidate is not solely an architect or administrator - you should be comfortable designing the solution and building it., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, Platform Events, and APIs

  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
  • Lead technical design for CPQ, product configuration, pricing, quoting, and product modeling
  • Develop and maintain complex:
  • Product configurators
  • Pricing logic
  • Product and configuration rules
  • Approval workflows
  • Quote-generation processes
  • Develop and support KBMax configurations and integrations
  • Help define future-state architecture and migration strategies involving Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications including SAP, product configuration platforms, customer portals, sales compensation systems, marketing platforms, and other business systems
  • Develop and support REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, Platform Events, and batch/real-time interfaces
  • Partner with Commercial Operations, Product, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support
  • Support release management, testing, deployments, documentation, and change-management activities
  • Develop Salesforce reporting and analytics supporting pipeline, quoting, pricing, customer, margin, and other commercial KPIs

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or equivalent quoting-platform experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience designing and developing Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware
  • Strong understanding of CPQ, pricing, quoting, product configuration, and commercial business processes
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Experience throughout the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Ability to operate at the solution-architecture level while remaining hands-on technically
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with both technical and business stakeholders

Highly Preferred:

  • 3+ years of KBMax development and configuration experience
  • Experience supporting complex or highly configurable product lines
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience
  • SAP integration experience
  • Experience with enterprise analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Integration Architect
  • Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator
  • KBMax / Epicor certification or training
