Job description

  • Hilfestellung für Mitarbeiter und Anwender
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessdokumentationen
  • Reparatur und Wartung von PC’s und Notebooks
  • Systemkomponenten zusammenbauen, Anlagen aufstellen
  • Pflege aller IT-Systeme
  • Sie erstellen Störungsdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei Supportanfragen der Kunden
  • Wartung und Pflege aller IT-Systeme sowie deren Modernisierung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der IT und/oder IT-Studium
  • Grundkenntnisse in den oben genannten Tätigkeiten
  • Sie arbeiten sehr bedacht und sorgfältig
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im technischen Support
