Help Desk Technician

In this position you will provide in-depth desktop support to the users, as well as assist the IT Administrator with troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of both PC and network problems. You will work closely with the IT Administrator on day-to-day tasks. Give technical support, by phone or in person and could include, cell phone questions, printers and copier troubleshooting, software support. Must be able to work independently and troubleshoot network issues as they arise.

• Associates degree in Information Systems, or Computer Science (or related field) from an accredited two-year college or 1 year plus experience with A+ certification
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Windows networks and workstations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Lift a minimum of 25lbs.
• This is not a remote position.
• Work hours 9am - 6pm

Preferred Experience:

• Basic Windows Server and AEC Autodesks software experience preferred
