Senior Desktop Support Technician - Endpoint Services

The Sr. Endpoint Services Technician - Central (H) provides technical user advice and support to academic and administrative staff for problems and questions related to network communications. The incumbent also monitors systems and advises senior staff of network application status.

High school diploma or equivalent We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting Windows endpoint environments
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in large enterprise organizations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical teams
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred, but not required
• candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
