Job description

Lead large-scale technology transformation programs and enterprise application initiatives across a matrix organization.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Oversee delivery activities across project managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Develop program roadmaps, delivery plans, resource strategies, and execution frameworks.
Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders.
Drive governance activities including status reporting, milestone tracking, RAID management, and leadership communications.
Lead Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Manage sprint commitments, delivery timelines, velocity, and release planning.
Track Agile metrics including velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress, delivery predictability, and team performance metrics.
Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions to ensure successful delivery.
Partner with Engineering Managers, Architects, Developers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to deliver complex technology solutions.
Understand technical architecture, application dependencies, integration patterns, and implementation challenges.
Provide technical guidance and support engineering teams in solution delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage technical risks.
Support delivery of enterprise applications, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Drive technical discussions around distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and data platforms.
Manage delivery of enterprise integration initiatives involving Informatica platforms and data ecosystems.
Coordinate application enhancements, migrations, and integration projects.
Work with teams supporting Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Analytics Platforms, and Enterprise Applications.
Support solutions leveraging Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and Enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH).
Support technology initiatives within the Retail industry.
Experience with retail business applications, workflows, and enterprise platforms is preferred.
Exposure to Legacy ERP Systems, JDE, AS400, Retail Operations, Supply Chain Systems, Merchandising Platforms, Order Management Systems, and Inventory Applications.
Lead and mentor technical teams to achieve delivery goals.
Foster collaboration between engineering, product, business, and operations teams.
Resolve conflicts and promote Agile values of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support teams in defining goals, improving efficiency, and delivering business value.
