Experteer Overview In this role you will own and operate our global HRIS landscape, starting with Workday and expanding the stack as the business grows. You’ll lead a specialist team, turning process owners’ needs into stable configurations and transparent service delivery. You will manage changes end-to-end, keep systems cohesive, and partner with IT to ensure clean interfaces. This position offers hands-on configuration, global scope, and the opportunity to shape how HR technology enables enterprise growth. You’ll contribute to a purposeful, scalable platform that powers critical people processes across time zones and locations. Compensation / Benefits * Oversee HR system landscape (Workday first) and related tools to support global processes * Establish a clear service delivery structure for intake, prioritization, and end-to-end visibility * Own system products by translating business requirements into prioritized configurations * Maintain a single, visible backlog and controlled change process * Configure and maintain the landscape within system settings (not code) * Ensure system stability, releases, and user support * Provide vendor and managed-service oversight for in-scope systems * Coordinate handoffs to IT for code or interface work Tasks * 8+ years in HRIS or Workday roles with global configuration experience * Workday certifications * Experience with service-management or ticketing for intake and prioritization * Carve-out/tenant-separation experience * Case management and frontline or kiosk tools familiarity * Experience growing a systems team as the stack expands * Local resident of Metro Detroit or willing to relocate * Valid U.S. Passport with ability to travel globally Key requirements * Private health care effective day 1 * Life and accident insurance * Paid Time Off * Relocation assistance * Learning and development opportunities * Tuition Reimbursement
