SII Group Spain busca un/a Helpdesk 24x7 para unirse a nuestro equipo. Serás la primera línea de IT para empleados, proporcionando soporte a través de teléfono, correo, presencial y Jira.

Requirements

Trabajarás según procedimientos y colaborarás con escalado a segundo nivel; se valora experiencia en soporte, Windows y móvil, y el objetivo es resolver incidencias rápido en un entorno internacional.
