Job description

  • Telefonische Betreuung der Einsender und Kunden
  • Abklärung, ob eine sofortige Bearbeitung möglich ist oder die Weitergabe an einen Spezialisten erfolgen muss
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Support-Tickets
  • Verantwortung der kompletten Dokumentation in der Kundendatenbank
  • Sicherstellung der Internet- und Datenbankanbindungen
  • Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern und Kunden

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Support von Vorteil
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Begeisterung für IT und neue Technologien
  • Hilfsbereit, teamorientiert und offen für Neues
