Configuration Management Software Version Control

Provide Configuration Management support to the HPC Operations and Sustainment organization, specifically in support of the Y33 Configuration/Change Engineering Review Board (CERB) and lower-level Y33 Configuration Management Control Boards (CCBs)
Assist the CERB Chair in providing comprehensive quality assurance and configuration management for all HPC Systems
Serve as an advisor to (or non-voting member of) Y33CERB and CCBs
Facilitate the management of software and hardware Configuration Items (CIs)
Participate in the creation, update, and/review of Configuration Management (CM) Plans, and other associated documents.
Implement hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures
Assist in maturing the Y33 request for change (RFC) processes across the CERB and CCBs

Eight (8) years of experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6).
If assigned to a developmental program, one (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity is required.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
