Software Engineer

Join our expert team to work on a Digital Transformation sector project, contributing to the development of modern software applications and technology solutions. You will apply your knowledge of Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, AI and application development while collaborating with international teams. You will participate in the delivery of scalable and reliable digital products. At ERNI, you are never just a number. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Kotlin or Swift.
• Understanding of software development concepts, problem-solving techniques and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity for technology and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to web, mobile, cloud, AI or automation projects through internships, academic projects, hackathons or personal initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, testing and maintenance of software applications and digital solutions. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver web, mobile, AI and automation initiatives while participating in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting activities, technical documentation and continuous improvement efforts focused on secure and scalable solutions.
