Job Description: Associate Software Engineer (Graduate). Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal professional experience. Demonstrated interest in software engineering, application development, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automation, or related technology disciplines. Essential skills and experience include: Basic understanding of programming concepts, software development methodologies, and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Kotlin, or Swift. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly. Soft skills: Willingness to learn and grow professionally, curiosity and passion for technology and innovation, collaboration and teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, openness to feedback, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Additional experience that would be advantageous: Exposure to web, mobile, AI, cloud, database, or automation technologies through academic projects, internships, hackathons, bootcamps, or personal projects. Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
