Ruby Developer Tech Lead

At Netenders, we are looking for a Ruby Developer Tech Lead to take charge and guide a team of Ruby Developers in the creation and maintenance of top-tier applications., * Lead a team of Ruby on Rails/React/Native app developers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and complex challenges.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with best practices.
• Mentor and train team members in efficient software development and programming practices.
• Participate in technical and strategic decision-making related to development projects.
• Architect, develop, and maintain complex Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong Knowledge of MySQL/Relational databases
• Know how to work with Docker containers.
• Have some knowledge about software architecture and design patterns, they are important subjects you can make wise decisions on.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective technical decisions.
