Job description
Teamcenter X Support Lead
- Lead and manage Teamcenter X application support operations.
- Handle L2/L3 support, incident resolution, RCA, and escalations.
- Strong experience with Teamcenter/Teamcenter X.
- Coordinate with business users, development teams, and Siemens support.
- Monitor system health, integrations, data integrity, and performance.
- Lead support team and customer communications.
- Drive process compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements
