High-End Technical White-Glove Support Specialist Location: NYC (Onsite, Full-Time) Citizenship: Holder No 3rd Parties

Seeking a polished, white-glove technical professional with strong hands-on experience across Databricks, Palo Alto, cloud services, and Apple/Microsoft environments. This role supports high-profile users and requires exceptional troubleshooting skills, discretion, and a concierge-level service mindset.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience with Databricks, Palo Alto, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
  • Expert support across Apple & Microsoft devices
  • Strong problem-solving and technical handyman capabilities
  • Executive/whiteglove support background
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • BA degree required.
