Job description
We are actively building a pipeline of elite Oracle Fusion professionals for an upcoming strategic engagement. Our client has identified Fleet Management as a critical operational risk area, and we are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect or Lead Consultant who can step in, assess current processes, and drive stabilization, configuration, or full-scale implementation of Oracle Fusion Fleet Management.
While this requirement is part of a pipeline build and staffing is pending final client confirmation, we are engaging qualified candidates immediately to position our team for success., * Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Fleet Management modules.
- Perform risk assessments on current client fleet operations and architect robust, scalable solutions to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on best practices for fleet lifecycle management, maintenance, and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion Fleet Management and other enterprise modules (such as SCM, Financials, or Maintenance).
- Provide hands-on functional support, troubleshooting, and optimization for complex fleet workflows.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of total IT experience with a strong focus on Oracle ERP implementations.
- Oracle Fusion Expertise: Proven, hands-on implementation, configuration, or functional support experience specifically within Oracle Fusion Fleet Management (Solution Architect or Lead level).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of fleet operations, asset utilization, maintenance scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, manage risk mitigation strategies, and communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
