Computer Systems Analysts

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze complex business processes, organizational needs, performance data, and operational requirements to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
2. Gather and evaluate information from stakeholders and translate business needs into practical processes, procedures, system requirements, and solutions.
3. Support data and information management activities, including data collection, processing, validation, reporting, workflow development, and system integration.
4. Lead or support complex initiatives, prepare reports and recommendations, establish best practices, and provide guidance to team members as needed., May serve as a team lead or provide guidance to junior team members

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, process improvement, data management, or a related field, including experience handling complex initiatives independently.
