Computer Systems Analysts

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze operational data and business processes to support system implementations, data migration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
2. Perform data validation, identify discrepancies, document findings, and develop business rules and recommendations to improve data quality.
3. Collaborate with business, technical, development, and project teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate requirements, and support implementation activities.
4. Prepare process documentation, reports, analysis, project updates, and planning artifacts while supporting continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience., 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process integration, logistics, data analysis, management consulting, or a related field; relevant post-secondary education may be considered.
