Job description
- Lead data mining, data extraction, and advanced analytics activities to derive business insights.
- Apply machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical modeling techniques to solve business problems.
- Drive the proliferation and adoption of AI and ML solutions across the enterprise.
- Develop analytical models and scalable AI solutions aligned with business goals and operational constraints.
- Translate business priorities into actionable data science deliverables and solutions.
- Synthesize analytical findings and present insights to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Lead implementation of ML/AI/Data Science best practices for new data products and platforms.
- Mentor and develop junior data scientists and analytics team members.
- Collaborate with analytics, business units, and technical teams to support enterprise initiatives.
- Support provider data analysis and interactions with claims systems and platforms.
- Ensure scalability, operationalization, and performance optimization of analytical models and solutions.
- Work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience required.
- Strong experience with provider data, provider data accuracy, and provider data interactions with claims and claims platforms required.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Facets required.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining required.
- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL across multiple syntaxes required.
- Experience leading analytics and AI initiatives required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required., * Previous experience reporting to leadership teams preferred.
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams preferred.
- Experience in healthcare analytics or claims-related environments preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML operationalization and scalable data products preferred.
Skills:
- Expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence required.
- Strong statistical modeling and data analysis skills required.
- Advanced SQL querying and optimization skills required.
- Experience with data science tools and frameworks required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, tuning, operationalization, and scalability required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills required.
Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Instead of a Bachelor s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
- Advanced degree preferred.
