Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the strategy and delivery of OEM programs that shape Windows devices customers buy. You’ll collaborate across Windows Engineering, Commercial Engagement, and partner teams to ensure quality, security, and strong customer experiences. You’ll translate ecosystem insights into scalable programs and policy roadmaps, driving adoption of Windows experiences. Your work will leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate partner delivery and device readiness. This role offers the opportunity to influence the Windows device ecosystem at scale and across global partners. Compensation / Benefits * Translate ecosystem signals (OEM quality, customer satisfaction, competitive trends) into a prioritized program and policy roadmap. * Design scalable programs enabling partners to adopt Windows experiences across the ecosystem. * Define and track success criteria with product quality and security as core outcomes. * Lead programs from initiation to delivery, aligning goals, quality expectations, and delivery commitments. * Develop repeatable frameworks, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows to help OEMs meet requirements and accelerate time to market. Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years in relevant technical domain or equivalent experience * Experience translating strategy into requirements, policy, or partner-facing programs * Experience driving strategy across cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority * Experience applying AI, automation, or data tools to streamline programs or workflows Key requirements *
