Copilot Lead Developer

The Copilot Lead Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment and support of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot and agentic AI solutions. The role leads the technical delivery of AI-driven business solutions, establishes development standards, mentors developers and ensures solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned to enterprise architecture standards., * Lead the design and development of Copilot Studio agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions.

• Define technical architecture, integration patterns and development standards.
• Configure knowledge sources including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph and Dataverse where applicable.
• Develop agent orchestration, prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build Power Automate workflows and integrations supporting agent actions.
• Conduct code reviews, peer reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Manage DevOps, ALM and deployment pipelines.
• Support non-functional requirements including security, performance, monitoring and resilience.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

• 5+ years software or Power Platform development experience.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams.
